
Infrastructure And Services:
There is no electricity but the water service is available at all time. There are two areas in front of the beach for reading and relaxing on hammocks that are provided with the accommodation.
Tourist Activities:
Ecological jungle path walks and boat excursions are guided by the locals that are familiar with the flora and fauna of the region. One of the most interesting excursion is a guided boat ride on native canoes through the mangroves as you enjoy the peaceful and lushes jungles full of beautiful flowers to different animals that live in this ecosystem. Another excursion is the walk on the beach and the jungle path of EL BEJUQUILLAL, and the jungle that takes the same name and leads you to several waterfalls like El Cañal , and La Verrugatera Also go for a walk through the streets of Coqui and see how the locals live.
Over the beaches of Coquí, you find secluded cabins for those who are looking to disconnect from the world and enjoy the beauty of the nature of this region as you relax listening to the ocean and admiring the colors of the flora such as orchids and heliconias.
Location
It is in the small village of Coquí about 30 minutes ride by boat from Nuquí.
Access
By public boat, on Marcos Salas’s launch that leaves from Nuqui on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays at one o’clock pm. Mobile phone 314 714 47 52.There is also the boat of Genaro Moreno, mobile phone 314 850 38 97.
Accommodation
There are two bedrooms made of wood and roof of palm tree leaves with a private bathroom and a capacity of maximum 7 people. In the first one there is a double bed and a bunk bed an d in the second room there is a single bed and a bunk bed .
Meals
All meals are served in the main dinning room which is located twenty meters from the cabins.
