Infrastructure and Services:
In the second floor  there is a TV room with hammocks and  another lounge in hammocks overlooking the river valley. There is service of electricity, water and telephone permanently. There is a power plant reserve.

The walks on the beaches of Respingue and The Almejal. Juna tour of the rivers, Tunde and Valle. Path to the falls of Chad and El Tigre, turtle release. Walk on foot or by boat into the inlet of Utría.

Access:
At the airport of Bahia Solano there is a public trasnport car service on a road trip that takes about 50 minutes to an hour.

All rooms are on the second floor are 16 in total in which there is distributed 10 double beds and 10 single, for a capacity of 25 to 30 people. Six of the rooms have private bath, and the remaining share four bathrooms assistants.

Food - Meals:
