Infrastructure and Services: 
The construction of style country property is a big house in brick with balconies. It is located amid a garden conformed by palms and fruit-bearing trees, it has the basic services of water, light and telephone. 

Tourist activities:  
To 15 minutes the beach of Allan Bay is located and to 10 minutes in the beach of Fresh water is possible to contact diving instructors and of windsurf. For activities and plans it is advisable to contact to the agencies of tourism that operate in Providence.

The assigned zone for the accommodation is in the homes of the owners, there is a pleasant environment with native vegetation and spaces for the rest of the guests, with plastic chairs and hammocks.

Location:
Agua Dulce area of San Felipe on the main road.

Accommodations:
The rooms are equipped with double and single beds, night tables, a closet, bathroom and some with TV. It has a capacity of 28 to 30 people.

Food:
The service is offered and programmed according to the preferences of the guests. The options at the inn include breakfast and dinner, or breakfast, lunch and dinner. The menu is based on sea food.
