Infrastructure and Public Services:
This is a typical construction built by brick, cement, wood and guadua bamboo. There is only a bedroom and a bathroom partially ended. The facility has water, electric and a railing to rest and watch the sightseeing.

Touristic Activities:
Walking through the town of Filandia, visiting the vantage point named “Lighted Hill of the Province ” and some information about farming and stockbreeding activities. From the main square of the town the visitor will be able to reach other attractive facilities in the Province of Quindío, for instance, thematic parks as the National Coffee Park and Panaca, and the Botanical Garden.

This lodge belongs to a rural property of the town of Filandia. Its proprietor grows coffee and milks two cows.

Location
Finca "La Esperanza" Vereda Santa Ana, town of Filandia.

Access
The visitor will be able to reach the lodge by driving his car on an unpaved surface. This trip takes about 45 minutes from the urban area of Filandia. In the main square of the town the visitor will be able either to hire an express jeep willys or a collective taxi going through the path Santa Ana.

Lodging
One bedroom for a maximum of three people.

Feeding
This lodge offers all facilities for food since it is far away from restaurants and visitor only finds other rural properties. Usually lunch is taken in touristic places along the day.
